Broad spectrum extracts retain the full range of naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes from the hemp plant, with THC selectively removed to non-detectable levels. This is distinct from CBD isolate (pure CBD only) and full spectrum (which retains up to 0.3% THC). cbdDR's broad spectrum tinctures contain CBD as the primary cannabinoid, supported by CBG, CBN, and CBC.
Do cbdDR products contain THC?

A COA is a document issued by an independent laboratory that reports the results of testing for a specific product batch. What carrier oil does cbdDR use?
cbdDR uses MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil derived from coconut as the carrier for all tinctures. MCT oil is preferred for sublingual cannabinoid delivery because of its favorable lipid profile and bioavailability characteristics. It is flavorless, odorless, and well-tolerated by most users.
Are cbdDR products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch of every cbdDR product is tested by an independent, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory — the international gold standard for laboratory competence. Results are published in our Batch Database. We do not selectively publish results and do not release batches that fail any testing parameter.
What is ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation?
ISO/IEC 17025 is an international standard that specifies the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. Accreditation under this standard means the laboratory has been independently assessed and verified to produce reliable, reproducible, and methodologically sound results. It is the highest standard of laboratory accreditation relevant to cannabinoid product testing.

How do I use a CBD tincture?
cbdDR tinctures are designed for sublingual (under-the-tongue) administration. Place the desired amount under your tongue using the dropper, hold for 60–90 seconds, then swallow. Sublingual delivery allows cannabinoids to absorb directly into the bloodstream through the mucous membranes, bypassing first-pass liver metabolism and improving bioavailability compared to oral ingestion.
What is the suggested starting dose?
For our 1000mg tincture, the suggested starting dose is 1ml (approximately 33mg CBD) once daily, taken sublingually. We recommend starting at the lower end and titrating upward based on individual response. Every person's endocannabinoid system is different — factors including body weight, metabolism, and the specific wellness application influence optimal dosing. Will CBD show up on a drug test?
Standard workplace drug tests screen for THC metabolites, not CBD. Because all cbdDR products are zero THC — verified by independent laboratory testing — they should not cause a positive result for THC. However, no product can guarantee a negative drug test result for every individual in every testing context. If drug testing is a concern, consult your employer or testing provider and review your specific batch COA before use.
