If you’ve requested a return or replacement, once you receive the return label from us, you can take your cbdDR return order to your nearest USPS shipping location. If you purchased a cbdDR product from an independent retail location, please follow that store’s return policy.

 

How long does it take to receive my replacement or refund?

Replacement orders are typically mailed the same day or next day, if approved & processed before 3 pm (Arizona Time). Refunds can take 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank, for you to receive your refund once it’s been approved & processed.
